The West Central Connecticut TRIAD will hold its annual free conference on Wednesday, May 20 at the Bristol Public Library. The theme of this year’s conference is “Working Mind – Healthy Mind: Cognitive Fitness and Your Health.”
This conference is an event to promote healthy living and healthy aging and will feature key-note speakers Stephani Shivers, Alzheimer’s Resource Center, and Dr. Margarita Reyes, Geriatric Medicine. There will also be interactive demonstrations and activities, a viewing of “Alive Inside” at noon, health screenings and more!
The day of the conference, registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. The program will run from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and a box lunch will be provided.
