Bristol Parks and Recreation is bringing school back in style with its Family Movie Night.
This year, the recently released live action movie “The Jungle Book” will be shown on the big screen at Muzzy Field. “The Jungle Book” will be shown at dusk on Friday, Sept. 16, but come at 6:30 p.m. to watch a live presentation by Animal Embassy.
Tickets cost $1 in advance and $3 at the gate; each ticket gives you entrance to the live Animal Embassy presentation and the showing of “The Jungle Book.”
Tickets are currently on sale and can be purchased at the Parks and Recreation Office (111 North Main St.), the Dennis Malone Aquatics Center (325 Mix St.), and First Bristol Federal Credit Union (25 North St. or 902 Stafford Ave.).
“Like” Parks and Recreation’s page on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/bristolparksandrecreation. There will be a preview of the movie as well as posting information about the movie and pictures from the show.
