Carrie Norton and Lynda Russell will co-host a trip down memory lane at Lake Compounce on Thursday, 
Aug. 15, at the Bristol Historical Society. This event will include an exhibit of memorabilia from the Lake. For children of all ages, one of the original bumper cars will be on display throughout August. The program begins at 7 p.m. at BHS, located at 98 Summer Street, Bristol. The event is free to members and $5 to non-members.
