Grace Lutheran Church of Plainville will hold its Health Ministry program on Monday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. The topic is “Sleep-Just for the Health Of It,” presented by Nancy Cosgrove BS, RGSPT, RRT. She will describe normal sleep and abnormal sleep problems as well as the treatment of common sleep disorders. Cosgrove has lectured extensively on this topic.
The public is invited and admission is free. Light refreshments will be served and time will be provided for questions and answers.
